Health as well as trend is your dear friend Trading mostly means spending hours watching screens. Spending hours day after day sitting at your desk pressing buttons is not necessarily what our bodies were meant for. Keeping balance between work, sport and social activities seems to be vital for everybody who trade markets full time. Most difficult part is to control the special feeling which is our companion from very beginning of trading adventure. The pestilent closeness of big fortune, hidden behind the numbers. Honestly who would go swimming instead of earning enormous amounts of money?
Many traders forfeit much more than it is worth to get to this enormous money. They become asocial, weak individuals with fat accounts and without ideas how to spend it differently than investing or trading to make it multiply. Like they want to stuff themselves with banknotes when they die to prove that money can be taken to the grave. Learning markets and practice trading is as important as keeping your body in good shape. It could look like off topic article but believe me - it isn't. Trading forex and other markets is a demanding job, you need to have proper resources to conduct it. Most importantly - drink lots of water and eat light food that keeps your stomach busy but not heavy. This will keep your mind unoccupied with your body signals and willing to focus on market with full capacity. It's good to cease trading when you are ill or tired, especially hangovers are not good time to trade. Go swimming at least one time per week, as for me it's very helpful as it cleans my mind by cataloging recently gained wisdom. Make your weekends different than working days not only because markets are closed, leave your computer go to cinema, spend time with your girlfriend/wife/kids or go to pub with friends. It's important to keep you human during all trading times. |
